What You'll Do

As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operational excellence and customer satisfaction of our automotive onsite services division. You will lead daily operations at your assigned location(s), ensuring efficient processes, a safe work environment, budget compliance, and overall team success.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage daily operations and work delegation to ensure fair, balanced, and efficient workflows
  • Coordinate with dealership departments to forecast inventory, build schedules, and foster strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Log all operational data and ensure full compliance with company procedures, budgets, and safety standards
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining a positive, "YES" culture
  • Inspect work quality, resolve conflicts, and jump in on any task necessary to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction
  • Maintain site cleanliness and report updates directly to the Zone Manager

  • Positive, team-first attitude with the flexibility to work flexible hours, adapt to varying weather conditions, and step in wherever needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
  • Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
  • Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities associated with automotive detailing
